Our story

Candelori’s has been serving up the finest authentic Italian cuisine to a league of loyal patrons since 1999, and builds on a hospitality pedigree that dates back more than four decades.

Established by Ross and Gina Candelori, and owned and run as a multi-generational family enterprise, Candelori’s is the family’s fourth successful hospitality venture in Sydney.

Family & heritage

Candelorl’s draws on the family, heritage in the Abruzzo region of Italy and has its roots firmly entrenched in a slow food philosophy. Premium ingredients and the best traditional cooking techniques combine to illustrate an unwavering passion for exceptional food and warm hospitality.

Renowned as a Sydney dining gem, the restaurant has gained a reputation for providing beautiful Italian food and wine in an atmosphere that suits both social and business occasions.
