Guy Grossi heads to Candelori’s

Last week we hosted acclaimed chef Guy Grossi for a very special evening, where the man himself cooked for some lucky Candelori’s guests.

We feasted on Piedmont beef crostini with truffle; beautiful meats & cheeses; mud crab sliders; and lashings of Guy’s famous tiramisu and home-made cannoli. Guy slaved away in the kitchen from 9am and finally walked out of the kitchen at 10pm to ensure the food was perfect and the guests were happy. He also spent time mingling with guests, talking about his history as a chef, his restaurants in Melbourne and his deep love for his mum and nonna!

The night was held in conjunction with essastone, a luxury kitchen workbench brand made in our native Italy. It was an appreciation evening for the fabricators, designers, stone masons, builders, kitchen retailers and other channels who use essastone. 

A fabulous night was had by all!
