Join us in October as we welcome Hunter Valley icon and wine maker, Andrew Margan from Margan Wines, for a spectacular evening. The evening will showcase a collection of Andrew’s award-wining wines, paired with a specially designed menu by Head Chef Tony Rotondo & Sous Chef Alessandro Mandelli.
